  • Delivery time: Orders are generally dispatched within  3 to 4 working days of the order being confirmed.
  • Delivery costs: Delivery costs are calculated when your order is confirmed and vary according to the delivery method chosen and the destination.
    You will be informed of the total cost of delivery before you finalise your order.
  • Delivery tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link enabling you to follow the progress of your parcel.

  1. RETURN

 

  • Return period : You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return the products.
  • Return conditions : Items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and with the label still present. Please ensure that the products are properly packaged to avoid any damage during transport.

  2.  - Obtain a returns number, which be included in your return package.
  3.  - Send the product to the address  indicated by our customer service
  • Return costs : Return costs may be payable by the buyer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product or order error).

  • Refund period: The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided that they comply with the return conditions mentioned above.
  • Method of refund: The refund will be made via the same method of payment used when the order was placed. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
