The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day of consultation by the buyer. The products are described in a precise and exhaustive manner. The photographs of the products are not contractual and cannot engage the responsibility of BELLYFIT.

  1. ORDERING


To place an order, the buyer must follow the steps below:

 

  1.  Select the product(s) required.
  2.  Add them to the basket.
  3.  Confirm the basket and choose the delivery method.
  4.  Fill in the billing and delivery details.
  5.  Accept these terms and conditions.
  6.  Proceed to payment.


The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. BELLYFIT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.

 

  1. PRICES


Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. BELLYFIT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.

 

  1. PAYMENT


Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method offered on the site. Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. BELLYFIT does not store payment information.

 

  1. DELIVERY


Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery costs are payable by the purchaser and are calculated when the order is validated. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the purchaser when the order was placed.

 

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal. To do so, they must return the products unworn, with the label still attached. The cost of returning the goods may be borne by the purchaser.
To exercise this right, the buyer must contact Customer Services at contact@bellyfitofficial.com to obtain a returns number.

 

  1. REFUNDS

Returned products will be refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that they comply with the return conditions (unworn and labels present). The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the order.

 

  1. GUARANTEES


All products sold on the site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to
1649 of the French Civil Code).
